We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.
2. Use License

8. Cancellation/Refund policy
We offer a refund policy for our course within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the course and would like to request a refund, please contact our customer support within the refund period. Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
i. Refund requests made within the refund period will be honored, and a full or partial refund is issued, if you have not consumed more than 10% of the course content. In case, of the cohort or a course that has 1-1 support, you should not have taken more than one 1-1 call to be eligible for the refund. We believe that one 1-1 call and 10% of the actual consumption of the material within the first 30 days of purchase should be sufficient to judge if the content is beneficial.
ii. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee or any non-refundable charges such as taxes.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
